My steam deck is not charging

My 2 day old steam deck suddenly died, the indicator light does not light up even when the psu is connected and will not start up. It did not fall or i have not done anything drastic to it other than install games .

is it under warranty?

did you buy it refurbished/used?

I have a similar problem but mine is able to charge with other power adapters below 15V - could you try a phone charger and see if the charging light lights up?
