Why the laptop not open but they have fleeting

They would not open no hard disk sound nothing only fleeting light to connecte the charger cable

Abraham Alemayhu what exact model is your Computer? Have you connected the Charger? Have you checked the voltages on the charger? Have you checked your Charging port? What have you checked?
