Xbox one does not get any power

I bought a faulty Xbox off of eBay and when plugged in I get no light, noise, or anything. I know someones opened it up before since the warranty sticker is missing. I know the power brick isn't the issue since I tested it on my known working Xbox and it works fine. Let me know if you would like more photos. I would love answers!
