iPhone XR Lighting Charge Port with Microphone

Hello, please, somebody know where can I find for repair my iPhone XR because of Microphone problem? I live in Denmark and try hard one month to find where to buy and fix bottom Lighting Charge with Microphone and all adessive necessary for for finish correctly that work? I bought already a lot of tools from iFixit past year but I do not find on Europe IFixit site that component just on US iFixit site and they say can't help with that product because they do not have transportation for Denmark and they say to try to find in IFixit Eu site and here do not exist.

If the microphone is very quiet have you checked the mesh inside the holes at the bottom isn't blocked with dust and dirt etc? Had a customer today who said he needed a new ear speaker when in fact all it needed was the speaker grill cleaned. Happens all the time with apple.

@michael0987 If everything is clean then it's either a genuine charge port assembly replacement or a problem with the audio ic on the motherboard. I take it you have the latest updates installed?

Thank You from my heart Nigel, it's possible also to be the preamplifier because the record test with my voice on phone it's look like to much fsssssssss when grow up the volume of Speaker and voice is very clear but very low volume like the Amplifier for Speaker have max Volume and microphone very low with potentiometer but this effect it's similar to old Amplifiers with separate Potentiometer than Potentiometer of Microphone Preamplifier.

Thank You Jelly Bean, I am engineer and a lot of experience in Repair Electronics if You have time to look in my first Profile and picture and I grow up with Electronics and Electrotechnical areas also repair in Medical, Video Surveillance, Industrial, Avionics, Solar and Wind Energy Systems, Computers, Servers and not just those areas, are more. I am one of few people in Europe who can repair all complex and high technology of Video Surveillance I mean real professional Equipments who cost example: up to 11000€ one Speedom Camera from special Institutions but people discriminate me because of my age and that part is important and that why I am one of few in the World. That iPhone get down from when I update to the IOS 16 and microphone from lighting charge port work very low volume when communicate with people but very clear and people do not hear enough my voice.
