Can I recover data with dead capacitors

So when I was at the hotel pool with my friends, my iPhone xr decided to go for a swim which ended up letting water in. When I took it to a repair shop, I was told that the capacitors were fried. I have photos on there that weren't able to back up to iCloud so i wanted to know if there's any other way I can recover them.
