Display not working, data to be transfered

The display of my phone is not working, and I need to transfer all the data within onto my computer. How do I enable USB transfer if the screen is not working.

the screen is broken. there is nothing displayed on the screen but i need to transfer all my data from it onto a new phone that I have bought

You can't unless you enabled usb debugging which is highly unlikely. You could try adb but you'd need to Google the instructions and commands to type.
