- Update your phone
- Restart your phone
- Factory reset your phone
- Close some apps

I have done everything. maybe there is a problem with the hardware because before I could play genshin in 60fps but now I can't
Try uninstalling then reinstalling genshin, If that does not work it could be a network related problem or you have to many things going on in the background.
