How do I get my iPod fixed

How do I get my iPod fixed? Also my iPad I cannot hear anything. I can see the words of the music but no sound. Is it possible it could bad connection? Faulty ear pads?

What’s wrong with it?

I cannot hear the music and it doesn’t turnoff or on.
