Won’t get past Apple logo

Hi my iPhone X was working fine one moment and now when I plug it in it doesn’t automatically turn on and when I press the power button the Apple logo come on but shortly after it turns off with a very faint horizontal white line (had to use slo no to fully catch it) and the device gets fairly hot when plugged in

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like there's a short somewhere. Excess heat can be a indicator of a short. Open it up and disconnect everything but the power button, volume, charge port, and screen connectors and see if it gets past the apple logo
