help, my phone fell and the screen got discolored sensor not working but the phone turns on, how do i fix it ?

Hi sade,
A discolored screen after a drop is usually indicative of damage to the LCD, so there's a good chance you may need to replace the screen. If you can take a picture of what the screen looks like and add it to your post we may be able to give you a more definitive answer.
