My Mom's, Surf Onn. tablet Gen 3 with android from Walmart

my mom's surf onn tablet gen 3 she just got from Walmart a couple weeks back reset last when she was in the middle of playing one of her games last night after she got off work and now it just stuck apparently seems like it wiped all her games assuming it stuck in some kind of loop or maybe there was a bug or something that managed to cause it to think its running or causing it to not fully start up... Cause it just it says Tablet is starting . . . With the loading bar underneath and i am still able to go the settings as well which i felt was odd and it shows it still is hooked up to the wifi. Im not the greatest with this stuff so just wanting to see if i can find the solution to help solve this problem?
