Have three or four and all the rubber is falling off...

I've purchased three or four of the Elite Series 2 controllers, and literally every one of them has the rubber grips falling off, and buttons sticking.

Every week, I get marketing emails from Microsoft saying "new Elite 2 controllers!" in pretty colors, and I feel like asking them: did you fix the dozens of problems with the prior Elite 2 controllers, because literally every one I've purchased has been garbage. Thoughts?
