MacBook 2008 white power button and volume change on it's own
Dear users,
The power and volume button started to activate thenselves on their own since I changed the keyboard's flat cable.
Any ideas?

Change it to the correct cable. Please give us the last three figures of your serial number so we can get you to the correct part.

Actually, I have another weird problem. Sometimes the green light on the energy cable will not turn on, or sometimes with a weak light.
I have to disconnect the keyboard from the main board, plug the ac cable again. The light will come up, full green, but once I plug the keyboard, the PC won't turn on from the keyboard. I have to turn it on from the main board ( close to the fan ) and then replug the keyboard so that it works. Any idea?
