It's not charging

@craiglist43740 you are not giving us a lot to work with here :-). Start by checking the charger. Make sure it has proper output. Then check the charging cable. Make sure that works. After that, clean the charging port on your phone. A few drops of high grade isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air will take care of that.

Should all of that not work, it is time to change your phones battery. If after that, it still does not charge, replace the charging port and check the ribbon cable from the charging board to the main circuit board. Make sure there are no tears or any other damage on it. I would replace that as well. Since you did not tell us the exact model for your Infinix, we cannot give you any more detailed information about the battery and the charging port. MOST Infinix use a separate charging board so that will be easier to replace.
