Vertical lines appear instead of picture

LC-55N7004U almost brand new, tv was bumped into by children playing. It still powers up and off. When I unplug it then plug it back and turn it on, the “sharp” logo displays perfectly but when the logo disappears and the tv menu should appear I just get vertical lines of colour. I plan to take it apart to look for a loose connection somewhere or other visible damage. Any suggestions?

it appears As though the tv is displaying the screen saver pictures it would normally rotate thru but they are displayed as vertical bars of colour instead of a crystal clear photograph. I’m attempting to attach a 30 second video of the tv boot up to this message.
