My tablet won't charge at all after leaving it plugged in all day... And how can I retrieve all my info and apps off of it since I can't get it to turn on even when it's plugged into the wall? 😫😩😫

What type of charging port does your tablet use? Some times there can be gunk inside the lighning micro or usbc port. Gentey imsert a WOODEN toothpick and scoop out any stuff. What is the make and model of this tablet?

@leigh5220 sorry to tell you but you can't get any file from your tablet unless you can get it to turn on. Check your charger, makes sure it has the needed voltage. After that check your charging cable. Make sure there are not bend, broken or corroded pins. Next check your charging port. Make sure it is clean and has no pocket lint etc. obstructing it. You can use a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air to clean it.
If none of that makes a change, you will have to try to open your tablet. There, check/replace the battery, check the charging port and check the power flex. We would have to see more of the actual board etc. to see if we can determine what is what. Your tablet is a bit off-brand so schematics etc. will not be available. We depend on your being our eyes and ears.

Is there anyway to retrieve the apps and photos that were on this particular device through my Google account and if so how?
@leigh5220 sorry but not if your tablet does not turn on. Anything on that tablet is a loss until you can turn it on.
