My laptop glitches sometimes while the fans noise get louder, my second problem is the ports the charging cable doesn’t stay still as if there is something stuck inside the laptops ports.

What is running when the fan runs hard? What does your battery state? Install CoconutBattery so you can get a better view of things, post a snapshot here for us to see.
You may want to clean the ports using a cotton swab an some isopropyl alcohol.
