@genopwns It seems like the TV is connected to a computer in the image. Have you tried it with any other devices?

Yes, I tried OTA tv signals, roku channels, casting and all same effect

@genopwns Seems like the T-Con board or main board to me. I would check with @oldturkey03 to confirm.
