problem with the 2 pin connection on the bottom of the power supply

hey everyone.

i have some problems with one of my ps3 systems.

when everything is connected and boot the system it shuts down in 2 seconds. And there is no led light until i hit the power bottom again, and that is a problem many of us have but i think there is something not getting enough power.

i have 2 systems, one working and the other don't, if i connect everything on the working system but not connecting the 2 pins at the bottom of the power supply does it exactly the same as the other system that doesn't work.

is there any schedule what that specific 2 pin connector does and where it is connected with?
