Good day. You need to change all the flex cable going to volume buttons. But at first - try to clean the area of volume buttons with toothbrush and alcohol.

The phone works perfectly in my Mazda with CarPlay but I have a radio in my Jeep that the phone is connected to wirelessly and that’s the one that the mute automatically turns on when a call is connected. I’m sure it’s a setting, not something physical.
