Can't find access port for icemaker power

I can find the port for the water to connect the icemaker, but not the power port. Could it be hidden somewhere? Is it possible my fridge is defective and doesn't have a power connection for the icemaker?

Here's the mini manual for the model.

It has a diagram showing the location of the electrical connectors.

I don't know the model but it looks like the ice maker connection is behind the evaporator unit in the freezer as the defrost heater (shown in diagram) is usually mounted underneath the evap unit.
