Like @vojtech59738 said any good high heat source will work fine, however a tool like a hot plate is the "proper" way to do it. You can get the "China special" off Amazon or one from iFixIt. Same like most phones today, heat the back glass with hair dryer or somethink like this, till 80°C is totally safe, after remove the glass using some slim plastic, can help also little bit isopropyl alcohol. Clean the frame from old glue and place new back glass, when you get some lower quality part i recomend also use b7000 glue.. Only be carefull with cameras, dont touch the lens etc.
