Crosley CR73-3 CD drawer will not open.

I took the bottom panel off and unscrewed the CD player but did not try to pull it out. I cannot see anything that looks broken. In fact the other day the CD tray came out once and I barely touched it and it went back in and refused to come out again. Is this the famous groundhog who won't come out till next spring?

@therealsher Have you checked to see if the CD mechanism has any rubber belts? Those are a common failure on CD drives.
