sim card kept asking to back up even when its already backed up
my sim card keeps asking to be backed up even when it has been. now i cant use my phone camera if i dont shut down my phone every now and then.

If you are having issues with your SIM card I would suggest that you contact them for assistance. They will be able to issue you a replacement SIM card if necessary.
Doing a hard reset of your phone (after backing up all your date of course) might be the solution to your camera issue.
