Power on then back off

When I plug it in and press the power button, it will attempt to turn on but as soon as the fans kick in it shuts completely down. I then have to unplug the battery and try it again with the same exact result;!;

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Open the printer like you will be inserting ink cartridges.
  3. Turn the printer on.
  4. Once the ink cartridge holder starts to move to the center, close the printer. The printer will do a self check for 3 to 4 minutes then it will be ready to print. "
