The TV has a blue screen with a small fire stick logo when it says unable to update your fire stick TV try disconnecting the power cable for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. It does nothing. I’ve forced it to reboot and comes back to the screen every time

I believe this means your fire stick is not connected to your network and cannot install the updates needed to prepare for first run.

So how do I enable it to connect to my Wi-Fi? Because I can’t get it to do anything besides try and update and then it says unable to update unplug it and try again which I’ve done multiple times and still nothing. So if you can’t get into the functions, how can you get it to connect to your Wi-Fi? I guess is the question?. Thank you.
It should have ask you which network you wanted to connect to.
