Hello brothers I was using my MacBook Pro and suddenly found only the touch bar and the screen turned off
This phenomenon is when a line suddenly appears on the screen and turns off The touch bar is displayed
I proceeded to reset the nvram smc to solve it, but I couldn't solve it I also tried disabling the Radeon Pro 460 graphics, but it was the same

This sounds like it could be a failing flex cable. There is a known manufacturer defect with the 2016-2018 model MacBook Pros which causes the display cable to fail after a certain amount of time. The issue is commonly called "Flexgate" and there are a lot of articles about it online. My best guess is that you'll need to replace the display assembly to fix the issue. Alternatively you could use the laptop with an external monitor. Good luck!

@danj unfortunately my macbook is 15"
This is not covered by warranty
@uyrj3q2vgqxiyph - Even still I would try I've had a few 15" fixed for the same issue as FlexGate under the 13" under a Warranty Exception but that was years ago 😢and it did take some strong arming then.
