My wifi not showing any name and not connecting to any wifi

You should check if your router is connected to the internet. You can do this by opening other devices in your home that are also connected to your router. If the device doesn't connect to the internet, then the problem is most likely with your router and not with your TV, if your other devices are having no connection issues, then the problem is most likely with your TV

Since the connection between the router and your TV is fine, you should try resetting the network on your TV.

1. On your TV, navigate to and select Menu .
2. Select Settings , then select All Settings .
3. Select Connections .
4. Select Network , then select Reset Network .
5. You will be asked if you want to reset network settings. Select Reset .

Once your network has been reset, select Network Settings to set up your connection again.

If you are still having problems, a factory reset may be required. Keep in mind that this is different from resetting your network.

1. On your TV, navigate to and select Menu .
2. Select Settings , then select Support .
3. Select Self Diagnosis .
4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Reset and hit the OK button.
5. You must enter your PIN (default PIN is 0000). Select Reset .
6. Then select OK . Your TV will reset automatically after a while.

After performing a factory reset, you will need to start the initial setup process for the TV and reconnect the TV to the internet.
