i dropped my phone and ever since the screen has always been black and i've gone to a phone repair shop that said noone can fix it. There is no scratches or cracks on the screen so I dont know why it won't change from a black screen.

Your phone after you drop it the lcd turn to black right?? the lcd is gone because of the impact remember LCD means liquid crystal display.they are very sensitive of course it can be repaired change the LCD

@prabejkhan, you're the first one in this thread to actually ask how to replace the screen and fortunately I have an answer for you. Sorry to say iFixit doesn't have a guide to that repair for your phone, but the French site SOSav has just what you need. Of course, it's written in French, but use a browser like Chrome that does translation and it will be quite usable no matter what your native language is.

This guide describes the recommended method of screen replacement; that of replacing the screen and midframe as a single assembly. If you prefer to replace only the display without the frame, you can generally find guides on YouTube that will show you how to do that repair, as it requires a completely different set of instructions.
