Nail polish remover is more than acetone! It has fillers. Think how a puddle of milk on the counter sits for awhile the water evaporates, but the non-water parts stay.

So while the acetone and water will evaporate. There is more happening here besides the solids left behind. The plastic parts within the display are likely damaged. So what to do to speed things up. I would use a hair dryer warming it up a bit. The trick is not to over heat things and you want to heat the metal not the glass and keep it warm for a few hours as you don’t want it to re-condense inside.
