My phone is in Unavailable mode
My Iphone Unavailable... Please suggest how to get it corrected

Unavailable means there have been too many failed attempts to type in your password. You probably have to reset it to factory condition. Which means all your information will be deleted.
But, if you have a computer with itunes, and itunes has a backup of your phone, itunes may be able to restore it after entering your apple ID and password.
