Sims door not flush
The sims card tray is not sitting flush with the phone any one know why and yes the seal is ok

Even if the seal is okay, it is still the most common thing preventing a SIM tray from sitting properly in the slot. Some pictures of the SIM tray itself might help.
This could also be caused by bends (even slight ones) in the SIM tray, the housing, or both.
