Why my phone wifi didn't turn on?
Whenever i click on wifi button to turn on the whole phone was lagging for few minutes but wifi didn't turn on.

Things to try to resolve the problem:
a). Wipe the cache partition and check if it works OK
b). Try using the phone in safe mode and check if the WiFi turns on normally and can be used.
If it does, then a downloaded app¹ may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode to see if it now works OK or not. When it does the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the problem.
¹A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn't already installed on the phone when you first got it.
