My phone turned of automatically when using it.The battery was at 20%.

Good morning,
This sounds to me like a bad battery. You gotta replace the battery if you want the phone to keep functioning. I had a 6 that died of bad battery, same symptoms.
Alternatively, and unfortunately, the option of a new phone may be your only if you want support to continue.
