Won't tern on and no red lite at all

Was there a storm or power outage shortly before the TV failed to turn on?

Have you checked if the power outlet, that the TV is connected to is working OK?

If the power outlet is OK, disconnect the power to the TV and remove the back cover from the TV and using a Ohmmeter, check if the main supply fuse on the power board is OK. The power board is the board that the TV power cord connects to.

Here's an image of the power board showing where the fuse is located.

If the fuse is blown i.e. tests open circuit, replace it with a T6.3A 250V axial fuse. Ensure that it is a T6.3A and not a 6.3A fuse. The T indicates that it is a slow blow fuse and this type is necessary for correct operation of the TV

If the fuse is OK, reconnect the power to the TV and use a voltmeter to check if the Standby power voltage is OK. Here's an image showing the location of the STBY voltage reference point on the power board. The voltage value is printed on the board next to the reference point.

If there's no STBY voltage or its value is not as specified, there's a problem on the power board.

If the STBY voltage value is OK there's a problem either with the cable/cable connection between the power board and the mainboard or on the mainboard.

Be safety aware when testing for voltages on the power board. There is exposed, lethal AC voltage on the power board close to where you're testing. If you don't know how to test safely when AC power is present then don't do it! It's not worth it. Call a reputable, professional TV repair service and ask for a quote
