What is wrong with my keyboard?

Got gamdias hermes p2, it is new from a friend, the W key dont work(new keyboard)
replace the switch with different one from the keyboard but nothing
than looked at the PCB from and saw that there is a difference between the one working and the others
you can see above the green dots in the picture the difference
anyone knows what it is and if it fixable?
