Can I replace/resolder the HDMI port?

Hi. I got a second hand Xbox one a while ago. It displayed fine for a while but began to cut out occasionally. One day, it stopped displaying completely. The HDMI port itself looks fine, so I was suspecting a bad connection to the board. I have a soldering iron and solder. Should I replace or resolder it? What type of flux should I get? Do I need a hot air gun? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
