Hello, are you able to get into the samsung *#0*# test menu? If so, you might be able to use a FRP removal script. Of course, if its stolen, please give it back to the original owner, as stolen phones are useless once the IMEIs are blocked.

I have the same problem with my SM-A546B and when I searched in the internet I found that it is in LOST STATUS and I cannot boot into recovery mode or download mode because it is MDM by Samsung tracking, the FIND MY DEVICE option, the device needs to enter EUB mode with test points and use Chimera tool to restart Factory reset and erase RPDM file in hidden partition of UFS memory or using easyJTAG plus or Medusa pro 2 to factorey reset.
