Why the central unit of my pc won't turn up?

Like when i want to turn up the central unit nothing happend i push the botton nothing change the cable nothing change the thing that give the power to the cable to the pc nothing even the light that inside the motherboard it won't turn up

Basically NOOOTTTHHHIIIINNNG the pc receive no power NOTHIIIIIIING.

@ayoubichen this sounds like a power supply issue. Start by checking the power supply. Start of with the test as described by Dell on here
