Why is mine only connect to edge service
i tried hard resetting and it still connected to edge service

Jake, what exactly do you mean when you say it's still connected to edge service?
Edge service is just a term for cloud servers that are physically located close to the user rather than in a data center far away in order to reduce lag time between the server and the customer. Normally there would be no way for you to know whether you were connected to an edge server or not, and the kind of service you receive is no different on edge vs. data center.
Please elaborate on what the problem you're seeing is, because I'm not seeing any issue here.
