space bar key is working

While cleaning, I removed the space key but it accidentally got detached from its hinge. Although the hinge wasn't damaged, I noticed that there was a gap in the key after reattaching it, which required me to press it harder each time to make it work.I opened a space key to clean but it got detached with its hinge the hinge was not damaged but when I attached it back there was a gap in the space key as I had to press it harder to work every time.

Often an Apple Store can pop the Space Bar back on, if the clips are damaged they can also replace the part/S as needed.

I would try them first as it’s often done for free. Going to a good independent Mac repair shop might take a bit of time and unlike the Apple Store who will often do it for the good PR the independent needs the income.
