I bought my speaker around April of this year. I sometimes use the speaker. When using the speaker it all of a sudden stops playing music and Now it will not turn on and will not charge when plugged into a charger. Any fixes and potential causes on why it wont preform?

When this happens the most common cause is the battery just being dead, this can happen for a variety of reasons such as excess heat (being left in the sun) or just general use.
It could also be the charging port however if you get led indication that the charger is working then you can probably rule that out.
You can replace the battery but that may be a very involved process due to how tight and sealed these products usually are,
However sometimes people have luck leaving devices like these on charge for a while for it to randomly come back to life but I wouldn't get your hopes up doing this.

I get a broken flip 6 yesterday with the same problem. I took out the board and find out that all caps near the battery was shorten to ground. There was a line of 4 smd caps and the third one was short to ground. It was also slightly discoloured. Im removed from the board. I dont have any replacement for this cap and reassembled the flip an now its working great. I also ripped the bluetooth antenna and replaced it with a nintendo ds antenna. I hope this helps
