1997 mercury marquis fuse under hood blows
Car want crank checked fuse under hood fuse # 12 pcm 30 amp (green) when I put a fuse it doesn't blow until the car starts

Have you tried pulling any trouble codes from the auto. Sounds as if you have a shorted coil or coil pack. Please check the trouble codes and reply.

Fixed it sum one jacked up the car on the transmission pan and smashed the wires it the pan
