When tearing down to replace battery...what's this?

It's stuck to the screen, I know it should be used for something but I can't figure out what. Does anyone have a photo that shows where this little cable belongs?

I found a photo in the tear down that shows it. I had ripped off one of the antenna. So I purchased a new antenna assembly for the Surface 4 on Amazon. If I wanted to try gluing it back on I could since the piece come off as one crimpled piece of flex board material.
