Why is my Keurig K Duo’s time flashing? No message shown. Button jam?

Why is my Keurig K Duo’s time flashing and the numbers are changing without me touching it? No message is shown on the display. I cannot get it to do anything when I press the buttons to brew a pot or kcup. I also have a hard time getting it to turn on/off. I can only guess that maybe a button is jammed? Has anyone experienced this? Help?
