Screen display is not turn on

Few months ago my phone was felt into water and i give for water damage service. After two months my phone display cant turn on the display after off the screen like on the video. When i on call and put the phone on ear and the screen turn off by the sensor and doesn't turn on the display automatically. Need to restart the phone again to turn on the display. Can anyone tell me how to fix it pls
