Warning! Resetting will return the Surface to its factory settings (ready to use settings)!
- Connect the charger.

- Select "Ease of Access".

- Open "On-Screen Keyboard".
- Shift key tab.

- Reset the tablet.

- After reset the tablet will start in Troubleshooting mode.
- Choose:

Solve the problem
Reset your PC
- The tablet will restart
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your tablet.
This will reset and restore your tablet to its factory settings.
