Screen occasionally becomes unresponsive

Replaced screen and battery a year ago. Recently screen randomly becomes unresponsive. Turning screen off, then back on brings back to life.

Well I will suggest to check form any malware issue and also check the storage space of your iphone.

Thanks for your answer. No malware or unknown apps, ios up to date (always!), and plenty of spare storage 20 gig +.
