Backlight and image problem, how to fix it?

Hey fellow TV repair enthusiasts! I stumbled upon a broken 55-inch LG LED TV from a friend, model 55LE5308, and I’m trying to bring it back to life. I’ve encountered a peculiar issue – the TV displays artifacts and dark spots on the screen when initially powered on ad you can see in the video, but the problem resolves itself after some time the TV is on, like 15mins. However, if I unplug and plug it back in, the issue reoccurs. Could this be a capacitor problem? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!
