I have tried everything and my MacBook Pro 13" 2014 running BIG SUR 11.7.9 is running very slow. Rein stalled OS, reset NVRAM, SMC etc no difference, Took to the workshop "Buy a new one" was the response.
I have uploaded pictures of the diagnostics as requested in the image area.

16GB RAM and 512GB SSD over 50% of SSD free

note kernel_task using 235% of CPU constantly
@george81838 - See what running the onboard diagnostics tells you. Restart the system and press the D key
